Welcome to the first of two Contemporary events this year! We’re excited for the opportunity to play WoW TCG on a free browser-based client and connect each region from a safe distance. Got 2 hours to spare every other day? Then come play with us!
Second Player Advantage: These past months we have tried something new! Players who play second will start the game with a Mark of Honor Card (seen above). This card can be used once to pay costs as though it were a resource, giving the player a boost in tempo or speed and attempt to overcome the 60/40 hill that most second players die on. Players can insert it into the game by using the menu bar on the left hand side of the game screen.

Contemporary Format: Contemporary includes all black-bordered cards from Blocks 5 to 8. For specific inclusions, see Set Legality in the Game Policy.

Reborn Cards: Reminder that Reborn card sets are legal for all Reborn events. You can find the latest cards here:

Round Duration: Each round will run for approx 48 hours during which you will need to contact your opponent to coordinate a time to play.
Match Duration: Each match should be timed with a time limit of 90 minute. Each match will be a best-of-three during which a side deck of 10 cards may be used to modify your deck for games two and three. Both players are responsible for marking game start and following End of Match Procedure when 90 minutes have passed. (See: Game Policy) Both players may agree at the beginning of a match to play past the Match Duration.
